The new IMDS Advanced Interface (IMDS-AI) allows your company to leverage data in your current systems and receive productivity improvements by reducing the effort required for data gathering, formatting and entering data into the IMDS system. The IMDS-AI enables your company to automatically exchange material data sheets from your in-house system to the IMDS through XML code.
New: The IMDS-AI interface allows you to accept and reject MDSs in an in-house system where you can automate checks. The IMDS Advanced Interface allows you to more closely integrate IMDS with your local processes.

The IMDS-AI gives your company the ability to transfer from IMDS all data visible to your in-house system. This includes published datasheets, internally released datasheets, and received datasheets prior to acceptance/rejection. Through the upload functionality, your company can create datasheets in IMDS and change the status of received datasheets to accepted or rejected.
